Hi! My name is Angelica but I prefer to be called Angel. :) I have been working with foreign clients for almost 12years now. I have worked as a technical support engineer and a consultant who handles queries via chat, email, forum and phones. I handled a technical account and an online selling site who is based in UK. Aside from being a support specialist, I handle new hire team wherein I initially serves as their mentor but eventually handle small teams and conduct trainings as well. I create and manage reports to present to the higher management to determine the strengths and lows or new team member as well as conduct additional training for them if necessary. I also became a data entry specialist wherein entering data into a system is required. I check and validate completeness of documents before process; check source documents for accuracy and verify data and correct data where necessary and responsible in entering data accurately. After 2years being a data entry employee, I became the operations manager as well. I handle the management of our Manila team for a company based in US. Now I am working as a support specialist but currently searching for a work at home job to better maximize my time as a mother and employee. Thanks!
