In August 2001, Tech Pacific Australia (Tech Pacific), Australia's largest distributor of personal computers,
peripherals, software, networking and telecommunications products, was appointed as the exclusive distributor of ACCPAC International's business management solutions. This was kicked off with a sales promotion that co-ordinated the web, print advertising and a marketing support programme to supply the IT
reseller market with incentives such as free sofware for reselling and demonstration use, sales leads and
marketing tools. The More Than A Whisker of Margin print advertisement I had written for Australian Reseller News tied in to the written content I had produced on TechLink, Tech Pacific's website: the press release announcing the exclusive relationship between ACCPAC International and Tech Pacific and Value
Added Reseller Programme details with a clickable link to register via a form.
B2B writing for magazines, advertisements and marketing collateral Corel takes Linux Even Further: Corel expands Linux versatility with WordPerfect package
Tech Pacific Australia (Tech Pacific) was Australia's largest distributor of personal computers, peripherals,
software, networking and telecommunications products. The cover story for Supply Lines, the monthly
magazine for Tech Pacific's resellers, I wrote 'Corel expands Linux versatility with WordPerfect package'
which launched WordPerfect Office 2000 into the market. This was accompanied by a 'Buy 1 [Corel Linux
standard operating system] get 1 FREE' promotional offer, exclusive to Tech Pacific.
Creative writing - children's stories "Stories Of The World™" is a series of five really funny rhymes for children, aged 4 - 8 years. The first title,
"The Matador Who Ran Away From The Spider" has been self-published.
To market my children's book series, I use my website: "storiesoftheworld.com.au" and also Facebook, Instagram & Twitter. This year, I will also expand to YouTube. My FREE travel blog for families, "Let's Take
Off & Go!" was created by myself.. and is how I market "Stories Of The World™" - through my website
and also on social media.
Oh.. and.. viewers can subscribe to "Let's Take Off & Go!". Themes include 'CITIES and their SITES in
AUSTRALIA - with a twist' and 'Christmas around the world'. "Let's Take Off & Go!" is produced both in a
video and text format with an image. And is regularly updated.. by myself.
In case you're wondering.. I wrote all five titles in "Stories Of The World™", came up with all conceptsfrom story lines, production and design to the "Let's Take Off & Go!" blog, advertising, marketing and social media.. with the assistance of some amazingly talented freelancers - illustrators, book and graphic designers, along the way.
I also created, designed and wrote the website and post and comment on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, myself. In short.. "Stories Of The World™" is my baby - oh well, one of them, anyway.. So, go take a

My brief from the Skoozie Electric Bike Company was to cater to two markets with distinctly different lifestyles: The mature-aged retiree and the city commuter. 'Put the Cycling Back Into Fun' emphasised how
easy the electric bike was to ride with optional pedal-assisted power for when your feet need a rest plus
the Skoozie bike offered great health benefits. Features listed in my second advertisement, entitled 'Go
The Distance with Skoozie' included saving money on public transport and hassle-free parking as well as
the major theme of enjoying the commute to work or university.
