Angela Constantino Castelo

I am an optimistic, approachable and hardworking individual who has had experience in working as a customer service representative providing quality service for the account of Amazon.com, an online shopping website under Alorica, a widely known call center company. I have experienced working as a technical specialist for the same account. Apart from these, I also worked as a brand ambassador for Winston Cigarettes. In my early educational years, I was an English tutor for preschool students. During my junior year in college, I was an intern at the number one television and radio stations in the Philippines, namely ABS-CBN and DZRH Radio. In my senior year, I have garnered the best textual thesis award. My research was used as a study and reference material by high school students and other schools that have participated in the research.

I am skilled in communicating with clients whether over the phone, through chats or email. I have experienced taking calls from the United States, and eagerly assisting clients. I am always open to learning new things and enthusiastic about training for the next tasks that will be handed to me.
