KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Integral part of the team for the Aetna.com Web Content Management Tool Project - bringing a new
Web CMS (Adobe Experience Manager/AEM) into Aetna
IT Lead for www.Aetna.com (the main external website for Aetna Inc.), and was identified as a SME
for the aetna.com site redesign project, resulting in nomination for Aetna Way Silver Award
Designed/created graphics, logos, banners, web pages and templates using XML, CSS, HTML,
JavaScript, AEM and Teamsite CMS
Consumer Business project for the aetna.com website - “Smart Home Page” Project - involved
audience segmentation and personalization, resulting in an enhanced and more efficient (and more
personal) user experience
Managed Production installations and business checkouts, which required coordination of activities
with business team, QA, IT, Web Engineering, and IT Security. Led/supported after-hours releases.
Led and completed a project to bring over 240 internal websites into compliance and optimize them
for viewing in the IE 11 web browser. Regression-tested sites in multiple web browsers

We also design and create websites inside various web CMS platforms, and provide website

Among our completed projects is the complete redesign and re-creation of a large (nearly 70 page)
website for a local church. The website went from being non-responsive, outdated and barely
functioning to fully responsive, modern, clean and beautiful.
