Visualization is an umbrella term describing the process by which architectural and engineering 2D drawings are converted into digital 3D models and visualized into photorealistic 3D imaginary and 3D animations. Our Visualization department is specialize in this 3D service and this service offers a range of design planning and marketing 3D solutions. They are created through the skills and expertise of our talented 3D design team using the most up to date technology and processes. Reporting lines Discipline Leader Job description Your main responsibilities will include:  3D Modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production;  Animation - Fly Through - Walk Through and video editing;  Create beautiful photorealistic imagery. This is a full time role. Requirements The candidate should have:  At least Bachelor Degree (Arts & Design);  Solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suit, SketchUp etc.);  AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus);  Client focus and strong communication skills;  Great interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity) and creativity;  Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
