I have worked in customer service for almost seven years, during which time I have developed strong interpersonal skills and learned how to provide different levels of service to customers and team members.
I started out as a customer service agent, handling up to three customers at a time via live chat. Thanks to my ambition to grow within the company, I became a supervisor, leading teams and helping them to achieve their goals. I would say that my background is in customer service.
However, I am always willing to learn new ways of working, even if it means stepping outside my comfort zone.
I am passionate about helping others with my knowledge. If I encounter unfamiliar scenarios, I will do my best to find answers and achieve results.
