I used to work as customer service representative lead verification specialist at TruAlliant Inc for 1 year. Under the campaign of Rate Quote Direct, an independent national insurance broker company located at Tampa, Florida my responsibilities are handling in bound and out bound calls, scheduling appointments, and doing follow ups.

I'm currently working as a full-time Real Estate ISA/Admin VA. My responsibilities are generating leads, following up on leads, respond to emails and phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, setting up tasks, customer support, customer service, customer relationship management, and other admin task.
