EXPERIENCE Senior Consultant || Project Manager Dec 2021 – Sep 2023 Business Analyst BRYK Group I delivered services for the clients as both PM and BA such as Toyota Australia, EasyPark, Now Finance as well as within BRYK itself, ranging from AUD 500k – 4M, consisting of up to 22 team members including vendors. My reporting lines vary from General Manager up to the CIO of organisations, depending on the projects size, complexity and risks. Key Responsibilities Delivered and facilitated projects for Toyota Australia focused on scoping, business requirements, quality, risks and change management as well as the overall BA and PM responsibilities. Analysed and improved existing PM and BA Frameworks – remove waste, reduce defects and increase process efficiency. Delivered Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery – in framework and specific for the EasyPark organisation. Senior Consultant || Business AnalystJun 2021 – Dec 2021 Hancock Victoria Plantation I oversaw the BA Framework / Requirement Life Cycle for the ArcGIS transformation project, estimated to cost up to AUD 2M in my 6 months assignment as a senior BA for the organisation. Key Responsibilities Delivered the Scoping Document, Business Requirement Document and numerous Business Process Documents (‘As Is’ vs ‘To Be’). I also introduce a Requirement Quality framework to the organisation. Project Manager || Business AnalystMar 2018 – Jul 2020 Kubota Finance Australia I oversaw the business transformation of the Finance Unit by implementing the Netsol Finance system with budget of AUD 2M and 15 project personnel, I also had dual role as the senior BA for the project. Key Responsibilities Vendor Management including Netsol, Infrastructure, Equifax and SAP. Inception of Project Framework for the organisation. Produced the artefacts such as: ‘As-is vs To-be’ Business Processes, Requirement Documents, Traceability, Gap Analysis, Root Cause analysis and Business Process Improvement. Fast track the delayed start of project and secure funding for the project from Japan HQ. Achievements Project and the new Framework were delivered as per the agreed schedule. Successfully fast tracked the delay, due to scope creep as well as funding for the project; this was done in stages using ‘out of the box’ solution. Potentially, scope creep would have cost in excess of AUD 200k and delay of 4 weeks to the project. Business Analyst | Project ManagerMay 2014 – Mar 2018 Pentana Solutions I had dual roles as BA and PM for various internal projects to integrate with global manufacturers such as BMW, Porsche, Ferrari, Hyundai and Volvo, as well as implementation of internal products across 150 dealerships in Australia. The project budget ranges from AUD 500k – 1M. I led up to 17 project personnel and I reported to the senior managers and the C-Suites. Key Responsibilities Delivery of a mobile Dealer Management System (DMS), EraPower, Inception of PM Framework and BA for the organisation, Various integration of the DMS with manufacturers, supported by the BA and PM artefacts, including Data Flow Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Data Mapping and High Level Solution Design. Achievements Introduced concept and detail of automated testing into the framework that resulted in cost savings in excess of AUD 150k for EraPower, from 300+ hours of testing on various devices. PM and BA framework were signed off within 3 months by the CIO and adopted very quickly throughout the organisation; this resulted in increased morale of the staff, especially within the project teams. Consultant || Business AnalystOct 2013 – Mar 2014 GE Money I delivered Business Processes and Requirements regarding the Credit Limit Increase project, with budget of $1.2M and expectations to increase revenue by AUD 22M, annually. Key Responsibilities Facilitated and collaborated with Legal / Compliance, Credit Portfolio Risk, Customer Service and Finance to define and refine the business requirements and business processes as per the organisation’s standards. Achievements Achieved objectives within tight timeline with limited access to the business SME; requirements and processes were signed off on time. Business AnalystApr 2012 – Aug 2013 NTTDATA / Public Transport Victoria (PTV) Delivery of requirement documents, traceability, performance criteria for the Myki product across Victoria that would generate AUD 650M revenue per annum. I was reporting to the senior PM and the Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Delivery of revised Business Requirements Document (BRD) – Tram and Metro Network. Delivery and agreement of the Devices Performance Criteria. Achievements Completion and agreement of the BRD for Tram and Metro Network on schedule. Successfully persuaded and negotiated several performance criteria that gained acceptance and signed off from the PTV. This had saved the organisation more than AUD 200k in legal and workaround effort. Project Manager || Senior BAFeb 2011 – Feb 2012 Commonwealth Bank Australia – Indonesia Unit I oversaw projects as both PM and senior BA, with 22 project personnel, reporting to the Chief of Centre of Excellence, CFO, PMO Manager and senior management. I managed a major transformation project with budget up to IDR 10 Billion. Key Responsibilities Delivered the Treasury System Enhancement system, coupled with business transformation. Managed the Business As Usual (BAU) stream, I also mentored junior PM and BA in this space. Achievements Facilitated and managed the vendor selection criteria, putting the PM Framework, mentored junior PM and senior business users – these resulted in fast-tracked project delivery dates with estimated cost savings of IDR 100M, one-off. Implemented BAU Project framework that streamlined the projects, with estimated cost savings of IDR 40M per annum. This has resulted in better relationship and increased morale of the organisation.
