I have Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Sciences and Masters Degree in Project Management.
I was working in youth-run NGO AIESEC in Ternopil for 2 years, participating in marketing and sales teams, leading main product teams and organizing local events in international teams. I got experience in technical customer support while working for 7 months in Zoom Support. My main responsibilities was to ensure quick response to customers queries, assist customers with resolving software related issues with Macs and PCs, and guide them using both verbal and texting tools. I was working with customers mostly from USA, UK, Australia and EU countries, keeping high satisfaction rate (90+%). After that, I decided to accept a new challenge and joined a London-based marketing startup, while I was working remotely. I improved my researching skills, attention to details and time management on this position. Lastly, I used to work on various projects as a freelancer on Appen platform, aiming to improve machine learning algorithms.
