Andria Mae Degoma

I work as an office staff for 1 year and 8 months in a BPO Campany. It's like a back office job where we are responsible for crediting the players bets and processing withdrawals for those who win.

I started there as a Level 1 staff. My main resposibilty that time is to credit the players bets. After 3 months of being Level 1 staff they decided to promote me as Level 2. The difference of being Level 2 staff is that we're the only person allowed to process the withdrawal request of the players.

For almost two years of working there I can proudly say that I don't have any mistakes, no absences and late. I can assure you that I will do my very best to be an effective staff.
