I have been with BPO for about 4 years. I worked in a Telco account as a customer service representative. With that same account, I got a chance to support a team as an added task and eventually became the lead of the support team. I also became part of the technical and retention team in a Cable account. I also had an experience with the risk/fraud department in a Financial account.
