Explanation of Bonus Categories
Volume of Work
This is the volume of work you perform on a regular basis taking the budgeted hours into consideration. If the
score is lower than a 5, you could be going over your budgeted hours or too far under. Please review the team
leads notes for an explaination of your score.
Quality of Work
Any score under five will have areas needing improvement in quality. This would include errors and omissions,
diligence, seeing addition needs of the client without being asked, understanding what is asked, etc
Accounting Knowledge
Knowledge of your understanding of GAAP accounting including the high-level needs of your clients. This
knowledge consists of cash forecastings, budgeting, financial accounting, reporting, adjustments, variance
Teamwork
Teamwork comprises how easy it is to communicate with you, your response time, how well you keep the team
lead up to date on your clients needs, timesheet data entry including good notes on what you are working on, how
well you take direction and criticism, how forthcoming you are with problems and concerns, etc.
Consistency of Work
Consistency of work takes account of ups and downs in your quality, timing and performance level overall.
