● Task Management
o Tasks should be obtained via meetings with the client through Elira or Alessandra
o Tasks should be delegated to the teams via team management
o Tasks should be delegated to the team members by Director/Asst Director (Client facing
individual) and team manager is to send a notification to the team member about their
new task and to expect to see it in ClickUp
o Delegated tasks including due dates, notes, attached documents, etc. are to be relayed
to Elira who inputs them into ClickUp
o Tasks are to be completed by the team members and kept up to date in ClickUp
including task STATUS
o Team Managers are to “observe” and ensure all tasks are kept up to date, completed by
due dates, etc. in ClickUp (Ultimate responsibility lies with the team managers)
o If tasks are unable to be completed on time by the team member assigned, it is the team
managers’ responsibility to either reassign/or reset the due date as needed and as
expected by the client.
o Elira to back up Team Managers by watching ClickUp for missing due dates, overdue
tasks and those that do not look to have been started by a reasonable time and relay this
information to the Team Managers when needed
o Team members are to “comment” in ClickUp whenever they need assistance.
o If Team members need more “status” selections for tasks, they need to relay this to Elira
who can add these in ClickUp; however they should be UTILIZED

o As this document is client-facing, team managers should be the only ones who
access/update/edit this document

stage work is at before changes this document
