I’m a 24-year-old professional with experience in both HR and operations, and I’ve built a strong foundation in administrative support, problem-solving, and everyday office coordination. I spent a year working as an HR Assistant, where a big part of my role involved updating and posting schedules for associates, keeping everything accurate and up to date, and being available to help anyone who had questions about their time or needed assistance with schedule-related issues. That job taught me how to communicate clearly, stay organized, and support a large team without letting the details slip.

Before that, I worked in a warehouse office as a problem solver, which taught me how to stay calm under pressure, look at issues from different angles, and come up with solutions that actually work in real time.
