Andrew is a visionary Programme Manager who shaped the landscape of business and digital transformation over the past two decades. With an innate ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technological innovation, he has successfully led multimillion-dollar transformation 

initiatives across the financial services and real estate sectors. 

In the financial services sector, Andrew worked for both the government and the private sector

where he led million-dollar transformation programmes to establish a national payment business and technology platform for a Central Bank. In the private sector, Andrew developed and delivered global transformation programmes to assist retail and investment banks in reorganising the infrastructure and technology services to be more cost-effective and efficient.
