the following funnels in our recruitment process: Talent Market Analysis, Talent Pooling, Sourcing,
Longlisting, Shortlisting, and doing initial phone screenings of top talent to fill Senior IC roles.
Key Achievements Mission Lane:
• Sourcing 350+quality candidates in a week.
