Projects I’ve been involved in:
1. Preliminary & detailed design, environmental and social impact study, and construction
supervision of Khaunga bridge across River Nzoia and three other smaller bridges,
namely Evochwa Bridge, Ndabirima Bridge and Shisasari Bridge
2. Monitoring and evaluation of low volume roads trial sections in Kenya, under the AfCAP
(Africa Community Access Partnership) program funded by the UK
3. Design and detailing and Construction Supervision of a steel Workshop in Tatu City for
Hangzhou Tianlong Steel Cylinder Co. Ltd.
4. Design Review & Supervision of Various WFP Projects in Dadaab, Kakuma, Lodwar,
Turkana County, Garissa and Coast, including school kitchen projects in five schools,
WASH programme in eleven schools, which includes construction of boreholes and
shallow wells for water supply and sanitary facilities, runway at Kakuma airstrip, civil
works within the refugee camps and food distribution points.
5. Design and detailing of a modern but energy efficient cafeteria for the WFP staff at
Kakuma Refugee Camp
