Greetings!

I had been in Customer service for 15 years, 8 years in BPO as a technical support representative, 3yrs of that as a back-office email chat support group, and 4 as a DSL technical support.

I've been a virtual assistant since 2013. I have 3 and a half years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant that handles all my client's needs chats, emails, and research, including cold calling just to name a few. I also had 1 year as a Medical Transcriptionist that handles both Patient Appointment Schedules via calls/SMS/email. Converting our client doctors' handwritten patient documents/records into digital copy to be saved on our database. I work well with both groups or by myself, I'm hardworking and resourceful, if I don't know the given task, I ask questions and figure out a way to resolve it.
