Over 100 weddings in various resorts and venues of the Riviera Maya;
I imparted a Diploma Course in Wedding Photography, which was accredited by the SEP (Mexico’s Secretary of Public Education) – 120 hours spread over four months;
I imparted a four-day Master Class in Photography for Social Media for the Princess Hotels brand;
I was contracted as an architectural / marketing photographer by various high-profile restaurants and resorts
I had my work exhibited in a local gallery;

Development Manager

Business Development position with tasks including but not limited to:
Assistance with branding and marketing for the Chinese branch of DreamArt Photography, both online and offline – I designed a new logo, uniforms, flyers, slideshows etc.;
Seeking and supervising the implementation of new business opportunities – the company was, at the time of my having ended the business relationship with them, present in three hotels in Sanya having started with one in Spetember of 2017;
Creating or acquiring the visual branding, furniture and decorations for the main branch of DreamArt Photography China inside The Ritz-Carlton Sanya, Yalong Bay;
Working closely with the marketing staff of The Ritz-Carlton Sanya, Yalong Bay on joint marketing and photography projects – these included the creation of new images for posters inside the hotel, to promote the photography business, the creation of material for the social networks of the hotel, staff and corporate portraits etc.;
Recruiting and training a team of professionals to advance the brand in the Chinese market;

This position included, but was not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruiting and vetting approximately 30 new photographers that would start working with the company after 15 days of intensive training;
- Creating and implementing a continuous training plan and schedule for the newly recruited photographers;
- Visiting and training on the job in any of the hotels where the company operated for the existing and newly hired photographers, assistants and other personnel;
- Scheduling and following up with appointments, both in person and online, for continuous training for the company's 40+ photographers
- Creating and implementing an internal by-weekly Photography Contest as well as being the judge in said contest during certain seasons.
- Organizing and imparting Workshops with themes ranging from Use of Flash in Weddings to Capturing the Decisive Moment and many others in between;
- Shooting Weddings and Marketing Material and other events, like the Palace Global Conference, in all of the hotels where the company operated: Velas Resorts, Vidanta Group, Grand Fiesta Americana, Palace Resorts, Le Blanc Cancun, on both coasts of Mexico and in Jamaica;
- Support role in sales, customer satisfaction, customer support and education as well as collaborating with the Marketing and Social Media departments to create and publish outstanding material – photo-essays, articles, mixed-media.
