Andrea Szauter

I obtained university scholarship based on my academic performance that I retained till my graduation from Finance and Accounting Faculty of Budapest Business School with excellent grade in 2017, then I graduated with a master’s degree in business and Development from Corvinus University in 2019.

I have been working at Paramount almost for 4 years in various positions, currently being an RTR Senior Analyst of the ad sales team with wide range of accountant responsibilities. I book accruals and deferments related to advertising revenue. Beside that I manage the month-, quarter- and year-end closing, reporting and reconciliations, also supporting the audit team continuously. I volunteered to lead the onboarding program of the new joiners and to participate in a new project with the aim to increase business efficiency. One of my biggest successes was an implementation of a new, more efficient reorganization process after our merge in 2020. Now I am open to face new challenges and get to know better other fields of economics. I am able to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of my responsibilities, but also thrive in a team environment, where I can collaborate with others to achieve common goals. One of my strongest assets are my interpretational skills, which allow me to effectively communicate financial data to stakeholders across the business, from executives to line managers.
