I had worked full time in one company throughout my career of 6 years. It is a small farm in my hometown; since it is a small enterprise compared to other companies my duties and responsibilities are vast and varied for different aspect of a business operations. First is data entry wherein I encode data of inventories and consumption of vet med used in the farm. Second, I also handled purchasing and inventories of vet med needed in the smooth operations of the farm as well as other supplies that is needed in the farm such as construction supplies for maintenance and buildings, office supplies, etc. Third is sales and marketing, I assist in scheduling buyers and looking for other buyers of our livestock. Fourth, as a payroll specialist. I am responsible in creating the weekly payroll of the farm employees which is around 50-70 people including contractual employees. Fifth is as a benefit specialist and HR. I am also responsible in the hiring process of the farm and their status and information. I also ensure that all employees of the farm are registered to pay for premium contributions and that their beneficiaries are up-to-date. Sixth, as a writer. I compose letters for the partner suppliers needed by the farm, making memos and announcement as well as suspension letters and termination letters.
