Generally speaking, I am goal-oriented person and will do whatever's in my power to reach the goal in front of me. My way of thinking is: if I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it right, no messing around. I love helping people out in any way I can, which is partly why I started to work in Customer Support. I have learned a lot about myself and people in general during my time as a Support Agent and hope to learn a lot more in the future too. My experience has helped me improve my communication skills above all.
Other than that, I have a passion for English as a language and being able to use my skills to earn a living is more than I could ask for.
