Manager, Surveys Americas – Quantitative Team Oct 2022 – August 2023
Worked as the survey manager focusing on the development of two of the company’s key consulting accounts; McKinsey and LEK. Achieved between 40,000-100,000 USD in monthly revenue across both accounts.
During my tenure I successfully trained and managed two of the company’s top performing associates and also played a key role towards the career development of my team.
Managed the entire project lifecycle, including: feasibility assessments, client communications, internal team allocations, cost and revenue tracking, programming oversight, quality control measures and quantitative analysis.
Successfully recruited and onboarded two internal consultants to act as “experts” in the technical areas the team needed additional support in, including advanced data analysis, high complexity programming, etc.
Collaborated closely with the Product Team to further develop our business and client development efforts through the use of HubSpot. Created a step by step guide for other managers to follow and be able to use HubSpot’s client features such as: project trackers, client outreaches, and client feedback recording.

Survey Project Manager – Quantitative Team May 2022 – Oct 2022
Survey project manager for the consulting vertical in charge of managing project execution, quality control, and client communication for clients such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, LEK, etc.
Acted as a lead on a Survey Pilot initiative to redesign the global survey master process by working with the Operational Excellence department and a team of 4 new survey associates.
Provided constant feedback through trial and error on existing projects. Areas which were modified and improved after my feedback was received included: client communication best practices, feasibility assessments for quantitative projects, adoption of team allocation and collaboration tools, compliance procedures for internal samples, etc.
Successfully implemented the new survey master process among the US teams and then supervised the adoption among European teams. First team to achieve $100,000+ in monthly revenue after pilot was put into practice.
