Hi there, my name is André and I'm a all-around design professional with 10+ years of experience in UX and Product Design. I have a strong background in all aspects of the Design proccess (Discovery, Research, Craft, Strategy and Delivery) and highly-rated hands-on skills in UX & UI, Product Design, Design Ops and Product Discovery.

I'm passionate about creating and improving digital products and experiences that meet user needs and business goals. I'm able to do it by using my abilities and experience to craft amazing experiences and interfaces, and also by lead and support design teams. The goal is the same: help companies and their products on their digital journey.

I've a user-centered and cyclical design approach, and a supportive and empathetic management style. I've worked with prominent market names in USA, Brazil, LATAM and Europe like PepsiCo, Fiserv, Itaú, SumUp, PagSeguro, UOL, Warner Bros., Anhanguera College, FMU, Allianz, Serasa Experian, Movida, Sanofi, EMS, Renner, Riachuelo, among others - across different industries such as Finance, Acquiring, Payment Solutions, Agrondustry, Communication, Healthcare, Entertainment, Education, and Retail, developing B2B, B2C, B2B2C and SaaS solutions.

I also mentoring young design talents in their journey across the Digital Product Design world, helping them to enter the market, guiding through the different paths of the profession and helping them to fulfill their potential.
