Responsibilities included overseeing the sportsbook product
(content and features both Mobile and Desktop) as well as trading
and internal reporting.
• Led the negotiations to buy the streaming rights of major
competitions and successfully reached several objectives of
the negotiations (lowering the average price per event and
unlocking the customizability of the providers’ portfolios).
• Created and implemented the trading procedures that
include the company’s price strategy and risk tolerance.
• Successfully met the industry’s benchmark GGR % without
the usage of bonusing or odds limitations.
• Developed the strategy, using price elasticity, to better
spread the risk of several sports and markets (reaching 98.5%
of positive days).
• Actively tracked and measured user activity using tools such
as Mixpanel and Hotjar resulting in changes to the user
experience that increased time spent on the website by 10%.
• Built successefull relationships with all stakeholders in the
company from CS agents, to marketing colleagues, as well as
with the company’s board to extend his influence in decision
