I have been a Senior Customer Service Representative (chat support) for 3 years. To be a Senior Customer Service Representative, you need to have consistent performance for 6 months consecutively alongside having 100% attendance. We are catering international clients whenever they have inquiries about their, plan, bill and if they want to upgrade their services. 2 to 3 customers at a time taught me to multitask effectively and type efficiently. I can type 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Additionally, when a client got disconnected from the chat inadvertently, it is a must to call the customer back to resolve their concern.

Besides being client oriented, I am also computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel, and can work under pressure. 

My purpose in joining Hubstaff is to help clients in copying data from one file to another e.g. PDF to Word or Excel and email to Word or Excel as well. 

I may be new to Hubstaff but I am confident I have what it takes to be successful in this industry as I am adaptive, patient and quick learner.
