 I am currently exploring new career opportunities after several years of experience in customer-facing roles within the BPO sector. Throughout my career, I have taken on various roles in HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Customer Success across industries such as aviation, SaaS, print technologies, and human resources. In many of these positions, I acted as the main point of contact for operational matters and escalations, coordinating complex it, focusing on building strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. Following two project closures due to company restructuring and cost-related decisions, I decided to shift direction and explore freelance opportunities that offer greater flexibility. This change also supports my long-standing passion for alternative therapies, which I actively practice (specifically Bowen therapy, Massage, Reflexology, and Theta Healing meditations).
