travellers. Being in charge of customer service and operations, I spend part of my time
interacting with travellers, understanding their pain points and areas that we can improve
on to make their life easier. Apart from my customer facing role, I also help with operational
support such as preparing reports based on metrics and engaging with engineering team to
provide ideas from user point of view for product enhancement.
Few achievements in this role,
➢ I had no prior experience in the travel niche but with my sheer passion in customer
service and obsession to create an impact, I was able to WOW the customers and
drive them to succeed with our product right from the beginning.
➢ I explored a new service for the company that they had not planned for initially and
it turned out to be a great success among our customers, which is to help customers
get compensated when their travel has been affected by the fault of the airline.
