Analou Loyola Arienza

Hi! I am Analou Arienza from Philippines. I have 1 year experience as a Management Trainee and that is my first job. In this position I learned how to manage my time, be organized, be a team leader and a decision maker in the group. I have the big responsibilities in decision making on how are we going to meet our clients wants to our products. I have to avoid big loss in sales so we are the one to decide what will gonna do to our slow moving products. I am the one also who teach/supervise my sales ladies and cashiers. In short I am the one who manage my department.
