Telecommunications Engineering – University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (2006 – 2010) WORK EXPERIENCE Country Office Manager - Amethyst Technologies LLC (July 2015 – April 2020) As the office manager, my duties included carrying out general administrative and HR functions including;           Serving as the main point of contact for clients and preparing several administrative documents and managing correspondence distribution. This ensures all inquires are assigned to responsible personnel and attended on time. Key Accomplishments:  I played a major role in building a team for the new USAID funded project back in 2016. As the only in-country employee I was responsible for short listing potential candidates for different posts, organizing interviews and conducting reference and background checks. I also facilitated setting up the office which included procurement of project assets like furniture, vehicles and electronics as well as services like security, internet etc. I successfully accomplished all the tasks right on time for project kick start.  Successfully multitasking as both administrative and program officer. I took the initiative to attend all in house trainings for program officers that enabled me to take cover as a project officer in the field whenever needed.
