I am good in communication.I have a leadership skill and have an experience in interviewing applicants during the time that I am a team leader.

Prior of becoming a team leader. I was a Subject Matter Expert.I took supervisory calls. Answer the quires of the teammates.I also oversee the team if the team leader is on leave.I started as customer service representative.It is how I started my career. Took one step at a time.I was known for being consistent in meeting the metrics specially attendance.I was honed because my team leader assigned me as a Team POC. Where in I update attendance daily.I answer questions of individual if SME or support is on break or lunch.
