Hi, I’m Anabelle Malubay, a graduate of Communication Research from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I’ve built my experience mainly in customer service, assisting people through calls, chats, and email. I enjoy helping others, solving issues with patience, and making sure customers feel genuinely supported.
Before fully focusing on remote work, I also worked as a freelance event host, handling weddings, birthdays, school programs, and corporate events. That role helped me grow more confident, think on my feet, and connect with people from all walks of life—skills I still carry with me today in everything I do.
Aside from customer service, I’m also skilled in content creation and research. I enjoy digging into topics, writing clearly, and organizing information that can help teams and clients make smart decisions.
