Worked as a Telephone Operator/Cashier at the same time in one Telecommunication company for six years.
Can handle an irate client. Being a telephone operator i assisted our clients tho their telephone calls, local and international. I also accepted some customer concern regarding troubles of our clients telephone lines, such as, no dial tone, chappy lines, broken telephone unit, etc.
