Hello There, My name is Anavi, your partner in looking for meaningful ways to make your business grow. 

Some of the tools that I use are QuickBooks, RingCentral, Textline, Godaddy Outlook, Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Sheets, Hubstaff, Mailchimp, HelloSign, DocuSign, Filemaker Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.

I assist clients by handling their emails accounts via outlook, providing resolutions to any minor issues, I use Canva and photoshop when there is a need to edit pdf documents or 201 files, I submit weekly reports analysis via Microsoft excel, provide human resource assistance like preparing employee verification, handling payroll and create paystubs, I also collect employee / independent contractor’s credentials, Send campaign emails via Mailchimp, Send contracts via Hellosign or Docusign, Bookkeeping via Quickbooks by recording Expenses and invoices.

I am very organized most especially in keeping important files via Dropbox. Sorting important emails from the one that needs immediate attention to the least important ones.  

I work in a timely manner and aim to always meet the deadline. 

Given my 5 years of working in a BPO company as a senior representative and was later promoted to a supervisor, I can say that I can provide quality customer service to your consumers/clients and at the same time make every decision a win-win solution for both. 

I also have experience doing transcription, I have listened to customer service calls, sales calls, and even pest control appointment setter calls. I evaluate each recording to ensure that all the terms and conditions are met during the call. These work experiences made me aware of how important it is to follow company policies and make sure to treat every piece of information with the utmost discretion and _confidentiality. _

I am very flexible, I help clients by wearing many hats, handling every possible task given, and making sure that they can use their time to do the things that matter to them the most.
