I have an extensive background in managing contact centre operations, client and stakeholder management, sales and customer service teams and operations in the past 15 years. I have a good13 years supporting APAC and US Clients and supported programs and operations in different industries such as telecommunications, sales, retail, e-commerce, marketing, hotel and travel industries. My most recent experience is managing our operations footprint in Australia supporting three different programs in different locations - Qantas, eBay AU and Lendlease. I have climbed the professional ladder and gained skills and experiences in the different verticals of the BPO industry both in the Philippines and in Australia involving Operations management, Systems and Process Compliance and Learning and Development.
