I am Ana a very dedicated WooCommerce Storemanager with Bookkeeping and Accounting background. Over the last 10 years I have combined experiences starting from order fulfillment cashiering and up to sales supervision.

I'm an experienced woocommerce and shopify user. I do entry and update of products and pictures, set up woocommerce shipment and payments settings, fulfillment and processing of orders.

I’m used to handle ERP Software, Xtuple, Wave and do manual book keeping in spreadsheets, these are my expertise.

You can entrust to me jobs on taking orders, managing inventory, preparing sales reports and or maybe anything else you think of that I can learn. I’m open and flexible to learning new things and flexible to do new tasks if you give me time to learn. I can also upload products to the shop, a little edit on the pictures, update description and product specifications.

I can work in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and even in google Docs, Sheets and Slides. I can do basic image editing.

I am from the Philippines, but I can effectively communicate in English and comfortably discuss work related matters.
