I began my career as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at a BPO company, where I developed strong communication skills over three years. I then transitioned to recruitment, starting as a Talent Acquisition Trainee and advancing to the Background Checker Team.
After a year, I moved into the Virtual Assistant (VA) industry, starting as a Real Estate VA and quickly becoming an Appointment Setter. I also contributed to the administrative team at the VA agency, gaining valuable leadership experience.
