I am a Registered Nurse and worked in the BPO industry for almost 8 years. I started in 2011 as a Customer Care Representative for a US-based telecom account then got into a Financial account in 2013. I also worked as a Quality Analyst for the same financial account in 2016 until January of 2019.
I am passionate, committed and dedicated towards work. I am a fast learner and can work under pressure. I have excellent communication and problem solving skills, enthusiastic and is capable of establishing and maintaining professional relationship with customers and colleagues at work.
