My name is Ana María Mansilla Mendoza , I am 26 years old and I am a Professional in International Relations at the San Buenaventura University and master degree in conflict management at Nebrija University , with knowledge and developing functions in logistics , academic help , human rights, International Cooperation, Migrations, international Security , mediation, analysis and conflict resolution national and international, with skills in writing academic documents, oratory and group management, management of office tools, teamwork, thinking strategy, effective communication, leadership, decision making, ability to resolve conflicts, attention, adaptation to change, proactive, high level of interpersonal relationships. Finally, I know how to use other platforms like Trinium and Command (CM) for know the different charges and upload the price of each one and billed them and analysis in those platforms.
According to my job experience , I worked at the San Buenaventura University as the web developer during 6 months , I made the accompaniment of processes student mobility (internships and academic exchange) , Strengthening of internationalization of the institution, at the time of consolidation new alliances, Review of institutional agreements old and review of new agreements in progress, Cooperation projects, Support in the organization and dissemination of office events, Gave talks about the ORI (Office of international Relations) , Update of social networks, Update of web page data, Update of Databases and also I had to make invitations in platforms as Canva and Visme.
Almost, I have been working in logistics during 1 year and 2 months , at lean solutions group as a logistics coordinator and I have been working at Notification to internal customers news and external daily, Audit costs during daily monitoring , Contact transportation companies , Generate daily reports , Update of Databases , Management of Office (Word, Power Point,Excel).
Recently, in the special projects team I am auditing different accounts (IMC , WALMART, Home Depot and others) , it means I have to analyse and search the information of the files of those accounts in the different portals (TTC, Blume, Catalyst , Syncada, etc).
Finally, I know how to work on the assigned loads by the broker on TMS and Trinium , almost verify the availability of the containers prior the to the pick-up , tender the Drayage and billing movement to an authorized carrier , verify the carrier received the work order from the broker , sets pickups and delivery appointments if it's necessary. In conclusion, I have the knowledge as the monitor , pick up , transit , delivery and empty return of the container and verify the final charges for the movement with the carrier and inform the broker of the container of any discrepancies with TMS, Command (Cm) and
Trinium.
