My name is Ana Margarita Domingo from Caloocan City, Philippines. I started to
work in the BPO industry way back in 2010. First, I become a Travel Representative
in Expedia wherein we book reservation itineraries for our customers. My job was to
provide the best itinerary package to our customers, address their concerns, and
give excellent service beyond their expectations. I always got the chance to hit our
metrics and have good performances. When my first account closed, I moved to my
second company wherein I became a collection officer in a debt acquisition of Telstra
account, in this job I got the chance to experience skip tracing wherein we use
Landing Page, RP Data, white pages, and LinkedIn usage to search our clients to
collect payments from them.
In 2015, I started working as a Travel Agent in Hawaiian Airlines where I
experienced using Sabre to ticket a flight reservation to our customers. I also got the
chance to be assigned in a back office or E-mail support of Hawaiian Airlines where
we answer inquiries of our customers for flight schedule change and flight
cancellations. In this job, it requires having proper documentation to know the
history of the next agent. In 2018, I was invited to apply to another company in
Quezon City where I become an Inbound Sales Representative in Sirius XM a satellite
radio. What we do is to offer subscriptions for the satellite radio and do
documentation in our call for future reference, I also experienced becoming a top
agent in this account for having a lot of sales and having good quality in my work.
When the pandemic begins, I decided to become a freelancer. I invested my computer
and headset, I become a Virtual Assistant in a law firm. I become an Admin
Assistant and I take phone calls; I list down detailed messages from our clients. I also
learn how to use Clio Manage, Clio Grow, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft
Teams, One Drive, Adobe, and Vonage for our communications to our prospective
clients. I would like to share all my experiences and knowledge for this job.
