Ana Lucero Rascón Valdez

Hello, my name is Ana Rascon and I'm from Mexico, I have a bachelor degree on English language and Literature and I have worked as an English teacher (Face to face and remotely), Virtual assistant, scheduling manager and customer service agent.

Since 2020 I started working as a Virtual Assistant for different companies, on March 2022 I started as scheduling assistant for a Clinical Analysis Company in Florida, after 2 months I became the scheduling manager and Regional manager assistant by showing my outstanding skills and constant work. My job consisted on building the weekly schedule for more than 16 clinics and over 50 employees, time keeping, managing PTO, OT and sick leaves, I improved clinic staffing by keeping track of employees and finding cover from call offs.

on Aug 2023 the company closed as sales dropped drastically as they specialized on COVID testing and I started a role as call agent on one of the same CEO's companies, my tasks consist of scheduling appointments at clinics, customer service, membership sign up and failed payments calls from members.

Although I still have this job, I'm currently looking for new challenges and to keep developing my experience as a Virtual Assistant.
