I have listed some of my duties and responsibilities working with DV360 as customer support representative via chat and email.
- Assist clients with their Programmatic Guaranteed campaigns hosted in DV360. Provides guidance and walks through the process from Negotiation Phase by way of RFP via DV360 Marketplace until the Configuration of the Programmatic Deals after the publisher and client have reached an agreement on the proposal.
- Knowledgeable with DoubleClick Bid Manager, a demand-side platform (DSP) from Google for programmatic buying which enables agencies and marketers to buy display media in a more effective and efficient way from a single platform across exchanges in real time.
- Closely monitors and collaborates with publishers to ensure that the inventories sent match with the client’s creative type, dimension and other campaign settings for the inventory to match as a whole and allow the campaign to spend the budget to its full potential.
- Conducts through investigation using internal tools in order to answer clients inquiries, including providing technical solutions pertaining to real time bidding issues such as but not limited to creative approval, spending, reports, discrepancy etc.
For campaign Optimization:
- Assist clients in pulling Inventory Forecasting report to help them scale performance for in flight and future campaigns.
- Monitor clients’ available, even impressions lost using DV360 charts to see many additional impressions that matched the line items' targeting which could have been purchased and analyze available data to understand what changes can be done to the campaigns settings in order to win more impressions in the auction.
- Utilizes available platform tools to display recommendations for changes to make to improve campaign’s pacing and performance.
- Collaborates with client of the best practices/guidance on the settings which needs to be on the look out while setting the programmatic campaign to avoid delivery issues, including proper budget allocation and setting the right pacing.
- Performs internal troubleshooting on programmatic deals when spend issues arises along the flight of the campaign and provides recommendation to further optimize the campaign based on the data gathered.

- Whitelist DMP's so segments from third party vendors can be pushed to DV360
- Implement Brand Safety features on the clients campaign

- Create/Map/ Update deals upon client's request
- Review rejected creatives and provide recommendations on how to get ads approved and servable
- Thoroughly review uploaded creatives, explain flagged violations to ensure ads are compliant with Google's policies
- Troubleshoot creative rejection issues in major exchanges, Google Ad Manager and AppNexus.
- Troubleshoot campaigns to determine underlying issues related to No Spend, Low Spend, and Over Spending campaigns.
- Verify/Analyze/Troubleshot/Explain causes of report discrepancies between different reporting platforms and escalate internally when applicable.
- Collaborate with Ads Approval team, Global support, and other internal teams to attain issue resolution, including Account Managers on platform issues or bug which affects client's campaign performance.
