I´ve been in charge of both virtual and face-to-face projects, in Argentina and abroad. I got my PMP certification, and later on, I added Scrum Master to my career, to have both traditional and agile approaches. At present, I provide consulting and coaching services, and I work for the PMO we designed from scratch, proving support to all projects in Argentina, Peru and Ecuador. (End-users implementation and organizational structure redesign.) • Senior Project Manager at Wunderman Thompson Argentina Dec 2020 – May 2021 I was both project and program manager for the first inclusive deo program, Unilever – Rexona, with a +50 members team, across 4 countries - USA, UK, Turkey, Argentina. Oversaw and coordinated all projects under this program, from design and creation of the first prototypes; through campaign, production, to the case study submission for Cannes. Created and did follow up for each project plan as well as for the master plan, addressing risk Mgmt. • PMO and Project Management Consultant at PCG Consulting Jul 2018 - Present PMO (Present): We created this PMO from scratch. We do follow ups and provide support to all projects. We design and keep record of all our processes. We create and do research on several and different reporting tools. We provide training on Project Management. We implemented MS Teams. We worked together with IT Department on Data Migration to the new structure. We designed the whole new structure in Teams and provided training and support.
