I worked one year as a Dental Assistant, it also involved being a receptionist and collecting sensitive data from patients confidentially.

As an online tutor for more than three years, I had the opportunity to engage with students, helping them improve academically while keeping parents informed about their progress.

Most recently , I worked in the hospitality industry as a remote reservations and customer service representative for almost two years. In that role, I managed over 250 hotel reservations weekly, resolved refund and compensation cases daily, and provided detailed explanations of terms and conditions to clients. Handling sensitive information carefully, especially when creating new member accounts.

After that I was in a temporary position for two months setting appointments for internet installation.

My experience has equiped me with a combination of dedication, problem-solving, data entry, and customer service skills, proactive initiative, and adaptability.

I'm currently studying a bachelor degree of English and Spanish translation and interpretation.

I enjoy working remotely because it provides a better work-life balance as I have no commute time. This in turn makes me happier, more productive, and more satisfied with what I do.

To avoid distractions and stay focused throughout the day, I stick to two simple strategies. First, having a dedicated workspace helps me stay in "work mode" and avoid interruptions. I also make an effort to prioritize tasks, this allows me to focus on the most important responsibilities and manage my workload effectively.

In my free time, I balance my activities between study sessions, completing homework, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy both video and board games, as well as watching science fiction movies, especially those about space and time travel. Whenever I have the chance, I enjoy walks in nature, along a river, a beach, or a mountain.
