Role: supported over 5,000 Pharmacies in Australia to ensure they meet Australian Standard by becoming accredited with the Quality Care Pharmacy Program.
KPMG, Contract Resource Coordinator, January 2017– June 2017.
Role: I assisted with the workforce planning of all resources across the whole of Advisory in Australia. I gave support to the business at all levels, from Graduates through to Partners, on a daily basis.
Key achievements: updating and ensuring data is accurate with scheduling tool (Retain), negotiating and resolving internal conflicts when resourcing for projects, managing and monitoring functional mailboxes (State/National inbox), responding to internal staff on all queries in a timely manner, managing and processing scheduling requests submitted by a variety of stakeholders, proactively following up items that may impact schedule accuracy, identify upcoming conflicts, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks when requested.
Lifeline Australia, operations and services administration officer, October 2016- December 2016.
Role: assisting in coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing general administrative support, providing executive support to the COO and liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the OST team.
Key Achievements: cleared up a backlog of documents by checking, scanning and destroying them and liaised with members of an important Lifeline committee in order to set up their very first board meeting.
Aspen Corporate Health, temporary project officer, May 2016- July 2016.
Role: assisted in administration for the company’s immunization project. My duties included scanning and filing confidential documents, inputting data into Excel, building spreadsheets and creating invoices on Xero.
Key Achievements: consolidation of administration skills, working to deadlines in a team environment, effectively communicating with other team members to resolve issues.
Bang PR, part-time intern, March 2014- August 2014.
Role: assisting writing media releases, conducting desk-based research, organizing media send-outs, compiling media lists, building spreadsheets, monitoring press clippings. Working with brands such as: Universal Sony, Luna Park, Tattsbet, Ferrari and Vivid Sydney.
Key Achievements: consolidating PR skills and working to deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
