I am a freelance content writer and work around content of all sorts (primarily written). My expertise includes the following:

Apart from my expertise in the field of writing, I have also worked closely with operation-based industries which include both technical and non-technical operations. I worked as a backend developer for a startup, very early in my career where I was a beginner-level Python developer and also supervised their technical support work.

Talking about non-technical operations, I have worked at Ttec and catered their one of the most premium clients, eBay, UK. I worked there as a Sales Supervisor and my job role included looking out for sellers and helping them improve their performance online. I did their sales analysis work and looked out for areas of improvement. I then guided them with ways and practices based on the analysis we took up paired with the best practices that star-level sellers followed.

Post this I started operating as a freelancer. Initially, I took up work in various domains including, writing, video editing, transcribing, voice-over, presentation creation, and basic coding and excel related projects. But further, I niched down to writing and took up projects around content creation that required writing-related expertise. For the past 4+ years now I am freelancing as a content writer and have catered to thousands of clients and companies from across the globe. Presently, I am working a contract job with PepsiCo.
