Developed a substantial database of hundreds of Libyan social media sites that include civil society, government, political actors, municipal councils, and others.

Developed and coordinated meetings and training activities including political party consultations and workshops with 200+ political activists and party members resulting in significant improvement in party-building, communications and outreach knowledge/skills especially 15+ female activists and party leaders.
Facilitated 1st ever nationwide public opinion surveys/research studies in Libya on democracy, participation in elections, and perceptions of political parties.
Coordinated consultations with Libya’s 7 largest parties to utilize polls and political analysis in the development of positions, platforms, messages, and outreach and campaign strategies.
Arranged, promoted, and mediated multi-party dialogues between 20+ political parties as NDI liaison.
Designed and coordinated the construction of a coalition network of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), including the launch of a nationwide CSOs Voter’s Guide project and increasing number of participating CSOs from an initial 5 to 15+
Developed and launched an online platform and media awareness campaign with NDI political parties’ team.

Remodeled NDI Tripoli office’s archiving system resulting in more accurate reporting and improved strategic outreach by streamlining methods of data collection.
