I am Emna Fitouri, a seasoned Administrative and Sales Manager with over seven years of experience across diverse roles in human resources, project coordination, and education. My journey began with a deep passion for languages, leading me to earn a Master’s degree in French Linguistics. This academic background, coupled with my professional experiences, has equipped me with a unique blend of skills that I have honed over the years.

As an Administrative and Sales Manager at Into Academy Tunis, I was responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing client relations, and leading a team dedicated to educational services and official language examinations. My role also involved overseeing social media management and ensuring regulatory compliance, which further enhanced my adaptability and attention to detail.

One of my core strengths lies in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and employee development. My ability to identify and nurture talent has been instrumental in building cohesive teams that work towards common goals.
