A Thinker, An Expert Marketer, A Serial Entrepreneur, and a self-proclaimed Me-Phobic all rolled into one. Amit founded PLANETACE (later - Ace Infoway) in 1997 with a mandate to establish a web & software services arm of Ace group.

For over 22 years, Amit is leading Ace Infoway (aceinfoway.com | formerly outsourcing2india.com, planetace.com) to empower web/software agencies and web-enabled businesses worldwide as their preferred technology partners across different verticals & platforms. In 2008, Ace Infoway acquired a Los Angeles (USA) based one of the world’s largest online digital artwork companies (camerareadyart.com - CRA). Amit was instrumental in conceptualizing & successfully implementing a 'person/location independent' online workflow integrated business model – a primary success factor for CRA.

Amit, with his strong understanding of Internet user/shoppers' behaviour & digital marketing as primary passion, has developed tech-tools for industry/vertical independent business model (code name QE). This model can be configured across different industries & verticals, works on an autopilot mode (human/technology/location independent) powered with built-in intelligent multi-dimensional workflow and client acquisition/engagement functions. This model is envisioned to be a game-changer in providing high-quality technology services to retail users & SMEs.

Amit also strongly believes and instrumental in creating a fun company culture. The team and organization have grown manifolds under his unique style of leadership. There's never a dull moment when he is around and that's what makes him the most loved leader voted unanimously by the entire team.

Amit's other passion is to analyze/modelling different financial instruments & build technology solutions for financial markets. Amit is also a Rotarian since 1997 and instrumental in fundraising/executing various humanitarian projects.
