As a seasoned Agile practitioner with 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading software teams to project excellence in the software industry. With 17+ years of comprehensive experience, I excel in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe. My leadership has been instrumental in managing three Scrum teams, resulting in impressive outcomes.

As a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager for 3 Scrum teams along with product Owner of one team. I have overall 7 years of experience as Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager and Product Owner. During this period, I successfully delivered few releases of a product which is related to building automation system based on .Net framework as server side and Angular as UI side.

During my role I have successfully trained couple of team members and promoted them to Product owner’s role. I also improve the team velocity and reduced the dependencies withing the team by aligning them as per team expertise.

I also got certification related to Agile and Scrum i.e Professional Scrum Master level 1 and SAFe 5.0.

In my current passion – helping others, learn new things and tackling new challenges every day. I find great satisfaction in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, which aligns perfectly with the principles of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
